Family room (1 double bed & 1 super single bed) was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, amenities as expected. MacDonalds just next door - handy when we had heavy rain on 2 of the 4 days we were there.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Mehmet was the person that from the beginning contacted me directly and helped me setting up the airport pickup/drop-off, and a day tour. The breakfast was really nice and convenient. You cant beat the location for the price. The bottom line, the staff made us feel safe and comfortable.

The hotel is located in Taksim Square - in front of the metro station and near many attractive hubs …the room was good for the price….the food was way better than my last stay in the hotel….

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mohamed at the reception for his outstanding service. Felt safe, secure. Check-in staff spoke English. In Dining hall, the supervisors spoke good English.
